Injection molding and AQL quality control

With professional expertise, we focus on the customer's product - not just the component we mold for the customer. It is by understanding how the product works that we precisely understand the technical functionality of the component.

We carry out continuous checks at start-up, during production and random checks afterwards according to the agreed AQL. We thereby ensure an extremely low PPM that meets the desired requirements from the customer.

Packaging and assembly

In addition to injection molding, we offer all types of post-processing such as drilling an extra hole, mounting a bushing with ultrasonic welding and colour printing on the product.

Material procurement

It is important to ensure the delivery of materials, as well as to be able to purchase at a competitive price. We have cooperation agreements with all major material suppliers on the market. We can therefore secure any raw material at a competitive price, as we already purchase in large quantities. In some cases, a special recipe must be made for a customer, which we are responsible for. Final approval of the material is made by trial casting.

Service and change of tools

The continuous service and maintenance of a tool is part of the collaboration. We have the professional expertise to ensure the tool's lifespan. We are also on target for any repairs or changes to the tool that may occur during the tool's lifespan.

Tool storage

In addition to normal storage of tools, we can offer fireproof storage. Fireproof storage takes place in premises separate from other operations, where tools are thus 100% fireproof. Even though tools are insured and can be restored, this often takes time. If security of supply is important, it is therefore a great advantage to store in this way. Also note that there are very few injection molders who can offer similar storage.

Production of components

Regardless of whether it is a new project or an existing product, it is important that production is optimized as best as possible. Over time, there is a change in the number of pieces - up and down. This can have an impact on both reduced delivery reliability and increased inventory value for the customer.

There may also be an agreement on sales framework orders, where a larger quantity can be produced, which is then delivered as, for example, weekly deliveries.
